The "El Maqui" crane lifts 150 kilos almost without any difficulty thanks to its hydraulic power.
The levelling of the load is done automatically thanks to electronics, which allows smooth meticulous movement without causing unnecessary stress to the bees during the handling or movement of the hives.
The grippers are adapted to different heights and widths of hives or supers by a mechanical mechanism.
The crane is controlled wirelessly. 
The clamps have a maximum range of approximately 5 meters from the base.
